I’m Nikita Rana, a corporate emcee in mumbai, and hosting the OOH Phoenix Awards & Summit 2026 at Novotel Hotels reminded me how strong conversations shape industries long before presentations end. Organised by Bharat Network Group (BNG), the summit brought together leaders who are actively redefining media, visibility, and audience engagement across India.

During the sessions with Dr. Ashish Srivastava, Co-Founder & Director, BNG, the room moved beyond formal keynote energy into practical industry reflection. As a corporate host, my role was to maintain pace while also creating space for sharper audience interaction, thoughtful pauses, and transitions that allowed every conversation to land with clarity.

One of the most rewarding parts of anchoring corporate event conversations is understanding when the audience needs structure and when they need spontaneity. The summit carried both. From award moments to leadership insights, the evening balanced recognition with meaningful dialogue, which is exactly what strong corporate event anchoring should achieve.

As an anchor in mumbai, I’ve learned that audiences rarely remember a perfect script. They remember how the room felt. At this summit, the energy stayed focused, warm, and collaborative throughout, even during long-format discussions. That balance matters deeply in every emcee for corporate events assignment.

Thank you to Dr. Ashish Srivastava and Dr. Anupam Gupta at Bharat Network Group (BNG) for trusting my approach and vision. Special thanks to Ms. Isha Srivastava for seamless coordination and support throughout the summit.

For brands looking for a professional emcee who can lead business conversations with calm energy and audience intelligence, every event remains an opportunity to build credibility, not just applause.
