Your primary role involves forging and nurturing sponsor relationships, securing essential funding, and contributing to the success of our events.
This pivotal position demands excellence in communication, negotiation, and collaboration, ensuring our events are supported by meaningful partnerships.
Responsibilities:

Strategic Sponsorship Leadership: Craft and execute a forward-thinking sponsorship strategy that aligns with our organizational objectives, identifying and engaging with key sectors and potential sponsors.

Proactive Sponsor Engagement: Initiate contact and cultivate relationships with prospective sponsors through diverse channels, crafting customized proposals that align with their goals, and securing beneficial agreements.

Sponsor Relations Mastery: Serve as the primary liaison for sponsors, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service, fostering long-term partnerships and satisfaction.
Qualifications:

Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.

Minimum 2 years of direct experience in sponsorship sales or partnership management within the events sector, with a broader 4-7 years in B2B sales roles.

Willingness to travel and accommodate flexible working hours for events and sponsor engagements.

Compensation:
A competitive salary of 6 LPA plus attractive incentives per event closed.
